Eligibility & Registration
Access to and use of sltvip is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:
Age Requirement (21+). You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or access any real-money gaming service on sltvip. This age restriction is a non-negotiable legal requirement under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. sltvip enforces this restriction through mandatory identity document verification. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your sltvip account. The following obligations apply to all registered Users of the platform:
- You must keep your sltvip login credentials – including your password and any two-factor authentication codes – strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- You are responsible for all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested through your account, whether or not you authorised the specific action, unless you have previously reported a compromise of your account credentials to sltvip support and received written confirmation of the report.
- You must notify sltvip support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or if your login credentials have been compromised.
- sltvip will never ask you for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to sltvip support.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device and network connection you use to access sltvip. sltvip is not liable for losses arising from your use of shared devices, unsecured public WiFi networks, or malware on your device.
- You must promptly update your registered contact information – email address and Philippine mobile number – if they change, to ensure continued receipt of account communications and security notifications.
- You must not access the sltvip platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to interact with the platform outside of normal human browser use.

sltvip offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered Users. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer.
- Bonuses are available only to Users who have fully completed the KYC verification process unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 15× the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which unused bonus funds expire automatically.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements. - Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in the sltvip wallet. The order in which these funds are used for wagering is determined by sltvip's system configuration and displayed clearly in the User's wallet interface.
All games available on the sltvip platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios. The following terms govern the use of games on the platform:
- All slot games, RNG table games, and RNG bingo titles available on sltvip utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. - Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.

- Reselling, brokering, or transferring sltvip account access or account balances to any third party for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
- Claiming or attempting to claim the same promotion more than once, including through the use of multiple email addresses, devices, or household members in violation of the applicable promotion terms.

21+ Policy. Access to all real-money gaming services on sltvip is restricted to persons aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. This is a non-negotiable requirement and is enforced through mandatory identity verification. Knowingly allowing a person under 21 to use your sltvip account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- sltvip provides deposit limit tools (daily, weekly, and monthly) that are accessible from the account settings menu. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Any request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling period before the increase becomes active.
- Users may set session time reminder alerts from the account settings, configuring notifications at intervals of their choice. These alerts notify the User of elapsed gaming time without interrupting the session.
- Cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks are available on request from the account settings. During a cooling-off period, the User's account is suspended and cannot be reactivated before the period expires. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once initiated.
- Permanent self-exclusion is available to any User who wishes to close their account on a permanent basis due to problem gambling concerns. Permanent self-exclusion requests must be submitted to sltvip support and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. Self-excluded accounts are not reactivated under any circumstances.
- sltvip reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on an account without User request where sltvip's responsible gaming monitoring systems identify patterns of play consistent with problem gambling behaviour. Users subject to such restrictions will be notified by email.
- sltvip does not extend credit to Users under any circumstances. All wagering must be funded from deposits of the User's own legally obtained funds.

- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sltvip platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity as permitted by these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any sltvip content.
- Game content, including game graphics, soundtracks, game mechanics, and pay table structures, is the intellectual property of the respective game studio licensors. Use of such content outside of normal gameplay on the sltvip platform is prohibited without the explicit written consent of the relevant rights holder.
- You must not frame, scrape, or deep-link to any portion of the sltvip platform without prior written authorisation from sltvip.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the following limitations apply to sltvip's liability to you:
- sltvip's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform – whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise – shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your sltvip account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- sltvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption losses, whether or not sltvip has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
- sltvip does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. Maintenance windows, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, and third-party payment processing outages may affect platform availability. sltvip shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes sltvip's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Termination of Account
- You may request voluntary closure of your sltvip account at any time by contacting sltvip support. Upon voluntary closure, your verified Real Money Balance (net of any bonus balance) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.
- sltvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the User has provided false identity information; (c) the User is under 21 years of age; (d) fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred; or (e) continued operation of the account presents regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to sltvip.
- Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, sltvip may forfeit the entirety of the account balance, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, at its discretion. sltvip will provide written notice of forfeiture to the User's registered email address.
- Accounts closed due to self-exclusion requests are treated as described in Section 10 (Responsible Gaming) of these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms
- sltvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date.
- For amendments that materially affect User rights or obligations – such as changes to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or account closure procedures – sltvip will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice via email to registered Users before the amended Terms take effect.
- Non-material amendments – such as corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions without substantive change, or updates to contact information – may be published without prior notification and take effect immediately upon publication.
- Your continued use of the sltvip platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 13.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
- In the event of a dispute between you and sltvip arising from your use of the platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting sltvip support and providing a written description of the dispute and the resolution you seek. sltvip will acknowledge receipt of a written dispute within five (5) business days and endeavour to propose a resolution within thirty (30) calendar days.
- If informal resolution is not achieved within the thirty-day period, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or courts with jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.
- Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the continuation of any breach of these Terms.
